HEAVY HITTERS Aqua Punch Bags

Upgrade your boxing routine with these premium, water-filled bags designed to reduce impact and help prevent injuries. Unlike traditional punch bags that can sag over time, Aqua Punch Bags simply require a quick water top-up, allowing you to train longer and harder with every hook, jab, and punch.

Chain Sold Separately:; Heavy Bag Brackets also available. Ideal for hanging your water filled punch bag to your stand or bracket (not supplied).

Made of heavy duty galvanised steel and features a jaw/jaw swivel to allow for the movement of your aqua bag.

The Snap hook slides onto your heavy duty shackle whilst the jaw/jaw swivel clips into your hook or bracket. There is a 16mm gap on the jaw/jaw swivel for connection.

What size should I choose?

If your wall or ceiling can't take a large amount of weight then you will have to go for the smaller bag to avoid any potential damage.

+ How Tall Are You?

Those who are smaller are usually more suited to a 11/16" bag, whereas larger individuals will need a heavier bag such as the 22".

+ What's Your Main Training Goal?

Do you want to really build up your strength? A 22" bag is perfect. If you'd rather just focus on fitness then 11/16" is better!
