Our Story
Having worked in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years, owning and managing several PT studios, specialist gyms and education providers, we thought we’d seen and done it all. Then, in 2020, COVID hit and everything changed.
Gyms and PT studios closed their doors, while health and fitness enthusiasts were forced to find alternative solutions to stay in shape and motivated. Many people found that, with a bit of space and the proper equipment, they could continue their training programs and workout routines at home.
That’s when we realised that, by focusing on the individual goals and training preferences of each customer, we could bring that same high quality, personalised approach we were always known for to the home gym market. In 2024, the next stage in our health and fitness journey was born with the creation of HOME GYM PRO

Our vision has always been simple and consistent: To help people live happier, healthier lives by making fitness fun and effective.
It's well understood that there is no one-size-fits-all solution to health and fitness. What works for one may not work for another. While you may find a particular training method or workout plan to be fun and motivating, others may find that same plan or method to be an unenjoyable, relentless slog, and if there is one thing we’ve learned over the years it’s that if training ain’t fun, it ain’t getting done.
It doesn't matter how state-of-the-art your gym equipment is or how many bells and whistles it comes with, if you don't enjoy your training it will soon be retired to a dusty corner, living out the rest of its life as a very expensive clothes horse or oversized toe stubber.
Another thing we’ve learned is that almost any fitness plan or workout routine will get results as long as you stick to it. So, knowing this, our goal is very simple: If we want to help people live happier, healthier lives, we have to understand what makes each individual tick, what they like, what they don’t like and what they ultimately want to achieve.
