Delivery & Returns

ORDER CONFIRMATION

As soon as you place your order, we will pre-authorise your card however your card will not be charged. We will then contact our supplier to confirm that the product you have purchased is available for immediate shipment. Once confirmed we will process the payment and your order will be dispatched straight away. If there is any delay such as an item which is on backorder, we will void the pre-authorisation and contact you to let you know. Once your order has been placed, assuming it is in stock and available for dispatch, we will charge your card and your order will be dispatched within 2-3 business days. Total delivery time is typically 3-5 days from receipt of your order.

 

DELIVERY

Standard Delivery Costs (UK only) 

- £10 Delivery for all orders under £200

- £25 Delivery for all orders between £200 and £500

- Free Delivery for all orders over £500

Most smaller, single items under 25kg will be delivered as individual parcels. Larger items, typically up to 750kg, will be delivered by pallet


Where will parcels be delivered? 

Parcels will be delivered to the door. Please make sure you are in to sign for delivery. Parcels can be left in a “safe place” if previously designated


Where will pallets be delivered? 

Delivery of pallets is to the curb side adjacent to the delivery vehicle. Delivery to inside the property is an additional cost and must be booked in advance  Please make sure you are in to sign for delivery. If no one is present to sign for delivery, a re-delivery must be arranged and additional costs will be incurred.

 

Receiving Your Order

Please be aware you may receive a call from our carriers to confirm delivery dates and timings so please make sure your contact number is correct on your order so they can contact you if necessary 

All orders must be checked and signed for on delivery by the customer. Any damages or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order 

Please retain all original packaging, wrapping and pallets, ideally for 30 days, in case of return. If wrapping and pallets have been disposed of, it may be possible to provide packaging at a cost, depending on the items

Disposal of delivery pallets are the responsibility of the customer

Delivery of pallets is to the curb side adjacent to the delivery vehicle. Delivery to inside the property is an additional cost and must be booked in advance 

If not booked as an additional service, it will be necessary for you to move your merchandise into your home or business. We would therefore recommend that you ensure the products will fit and can be easily transported to the point of installation. 


Delivery Access

Please notify us of any delivery obstructions and ensure that the delivery area is clear, including, but not limited to:

  • Steps, including those required to gain access to the property entrance
  • Trees, shrubs and plants
  • Garbage bins
  • Steeply inclined drive ways 
  • Narrow lanes, tight turns or any other restrictions that may make it difficult for the delivery vehicle to gain access to the delivery point

Installation

Installation of purchased items can be arranged at an additional. Please call us on 0333 880 7893, or email us at info@homegympro.co.uk to arrange this with our team 

 

Liability

Home Gym Pro will not be held responsible for any delays/damages due to third party carriers, nor can we entertain any claims for compensation where the carrier fails to deliver on a specific day or time 

Any claims for third party damage and/or delays ,cut be taken up directly with the carrier

 

RETURNS

Can I cancel an order?

You can cancel any order for a full refund prior to shipping. However, if any costs have been incurred, they will be deducted from the refund

If you cancel an order after shipping, you are responsible for all shipping charges incurred by Home Gym Pro. Any unpaid charges will be deducted from your refund 

If you refuse to accept the order, for any other reason than the product being damaged in transit, you are liable for all outward and return shipping charges incurred as a result of your refusal to accept the order 

If it is found, upon delivery, that larger items will not fit through doors or stairwells and the product is subsequently returned or refused, you are responsible for all outward and return shipping charges and a 15% restocking fee will be applied 

Refunds can only be issued to the same payment method which was used to place the order.

 

If my product/s is faulty, can I return it and who pays?

All orders must be checked and signed for on delivery by the customer. Any damages or discrepancies must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of order 

If a product is found to be faulty, please contact us within 24 hours and we will arrange free collection of the product/s 

We recommend taking pictures of any product which is damaged or faulty, to assist in a speedy return process 


If my product/s is not faulty, can I return it and who pays?

You can return your items within 14 days, in accordance with your statutory rights. 

We will consider returns up to 28 days, dependent on circumstances. 

All items must be returned in their original packaging, wrapping and/or pallet

Any items that have been used, assembled or do not have their original packaging may be refused or subject to a restocking fee, equal to 15% of the purchase price, which will be deducted from any refunds issued 

For certain items, collection can be arranged but the cost of collection will be deducted from any refunds before they are issued. If your item/s do qualify for collection, costs begin at £10.80 per item, plus VAT. 

Alternatively, you can arrange collection and return with your preferred carrier at your own expense

All returns of non faulty items, outside of the statutory period, are considered on an individual basis. Unless shown to be faulty, we retain the right to refuse returns of products which have been used, assembled, or do not have the original packaging.
